Dawn Beach

Dawn Beach is a beautiful stretch of fine sand, a private beach where hotel guests can relax with the rustling sound of coconut palms as they enjoy the privacy of Oyster Pond. You can also stretch out on a beach chair and work on your tan here.

This beach in St. Martin is partially located on the east coast in the Dutch side of the island, near Oyster Pond Marina. Visiting this beach is a real treat for the feet as you walk on the particularly fine sand. The palm trees create a picture-perfect landscape for a relaxing day facing the island of St. Barthelemy, whose relief can be seen in the distance. For a long time, this area was overrun and wild. It was, however, cleaned up by the hotel. Most of the beach’s guests stay nearby. Although it has everything you might want from a beach, it’s still little known to other travelers because of its geographical situation, which makes it quite remote from the busier parts of St. Martin. Dawn Beach is excellent for snorkeling outings, where you can explore the easily accessible coral reefs.
