FESTIVAL DE LA GASTRONOMIE DE SAINT-MARTIN

The "Festival de la Gastronomie", from November 11 to 22, is the ideal opportunity to discover the art of food on St. Martin. This event attracts local chefs and others from across the world in a great culinary celebration.

For a few days, their expertise is put under the spotlight. The festival organizers also aim to encourage innovation and the passing on of that expertise to others.

Cookery workshops for all ages, encounters between guest chefs and students from the vocational high school of the northern islands, giant barbecues, tastings, food knowledge sessions and appetizers are just some of the festive moments of this delicious occasion.
