All meats served at l’Atelier are all selected for their outstanding quality from the best farms across the world. But L’Atelier also proposes a vast selection of fresh fish and seafood straight from the local catch. Lobster, tuna, “glasseye” snapper, and slipper lobster are cooked to perfection every time.
