In the heart of a hidden forest

Loterie Farm

At the foot of Pic Paradis, the highest point on St. Martin / St. Maarten island, you’ll find Loterie Farm. This old sugar mill, built in 1773, was no longer in operation by 1855. The last owner was Georges Dormoy, the first mayor of St. Martin, who presided from 1830 to 1866. Today, Loterie Farm is a tropical treasure where an abundance of floral and faunal species are registered, and preciously protected.

Activities for the Whole Family

At the heart of a splendid tropical forest, Loterie Farm offers outdoor activities in a casual-chic setting. Feel a burst of sensations when crossing one of the two suspension bridges, from which you can zipline to explore the endemic species of St. Martin island. Keep your eyes peeled for iguanas and green monkeys in the trees. This is also the starting point for hiking to Pic Paradis.

Restaurants and Events

Thirsty or hungry? Make your way to Jungle Bar and Jungle Room. At Jungle Bar, savor delicious cocktails while admiring the extraordinary view of Pic Paradis. Jungle Room, on the other hand, offers a selection of tapas and quick meals for lunch, as well as a more elaborate menu for dinner.

Surrounded by waterfalls and rich vegetation, the “L’eau Lounge Cabanas & Piscine de Source” pool area invites visitors to experience moments of pure pleasure and relaxation. The swimming area covers more than 500 m2 of natural spring water, and 11 chic cabanas, accommodating up to 10 people each, are also available.

The last Saturday of the month, the deck is transformed into a dance floor for Treehab Pool Party. From 4 p.m. onwards, the best DJs on the island take to the turntables from a platform in the trees overlooking the party. It’s an event not to miss.
