Bringing French culinary tradition to the islands, the menu combines authenticity and creativity with a touch of Caribbean flavors. Among the restaurant’s must-try dishes is the pan-fried poached egg, mahi-mahi ceviche and the “La Cigale”-style duck foie gras. The chef also makes a farm chicken supreme cooked with morel mushrooms, a cod-loin fillet with San Daniel sauce and beef cheek braised in red wine. The dessert menu is a gourmet feast of poetic delights such as the “La Cigale” macaron with fresh raspberries.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, between 5.30pm and 9.30pm.
