This menu takes you on a Caribbean journey, with grouper in Creole sauce, snapper baked whole en papillotte, lobster thermidor, flambéed lobster or lobster with mayonnaise, coconut flan, etc. Or you can savor French dishes such as quiche, veal paupiette, roast chicken, filet of sole meunière, or crême brûlée. Besides pizza, the restaurant explores other Italian specialties such as pasta carbonara, lasagna bolognaise, and panna cotta. Enough to satisfy every taste and appetite!
