On Boulevard de Grand-Case, Le Pressoir’s century-old Creole building is an opportunity to experience tradition and sophistication. The warm décor, steeped in history and authenticity, combined with a subtle contemporary touch, gives this French fine dining restaurant a very distinctive feel.
Le Pressoir’s cuisine uses seasonal produce to guarantee fresh flavors. Season after season, new surprises blossom as the chef Jérôme Droingt discovers and experiments with new ideas. He draws on French culture with creativity and passion. Each season, Le Pressoir will surprise you and take your tastebuds on a journey through different culinary worlds.
For a romantic dinner, business meal, or meal with friends, Le Pressoir is open from Monday to Saturday. Go at noon for a tasting lunch with a traditional bistro menu, and in the evening for a refined dinner with the seasonal menu or à la carte dishes. You can choose from over 250 different wines to accompany your meal. La Part des Anges dedicates itself to helping people discover and taste a rigorous selection of Caribbean rums, with more than 150 choices. It also has a superb cigar bar.
