On Boulevard de Grand-Case, Le Pressoir’s century-old Creole building is an opportunity to experience tradition and sophistication. The warm décor, steeped in history and authenticity, combined with a subtle contemporary touch, gives this French fine dining restaurant a very distinctive feel.

This restaurant run by Milaure and Gil, who are committed to using quality produce, is always a safe bet for a top-notch dinner in St. Martin. Through the seasons, a succession of surprises offer a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, following the chef’s inspiration and latest finds. Indeed, Jérôme Droingt puts all his passion and creativity into a constantly refreshed menu based on French gastronomy culture, to offer fine diners the ultimate gourmet experience.

You can choose from over 250 different wines to accompany your meal. At La Part des Anges bar, you can discover and taste a rigorous selection of Caribbean rums, with more than 150 choices. It also has a superb cigar lounge.

For a romantic dinner, a business meal or a sociable get-together, Le Pressoir is open every evening from Monday to Saturday. Annual closure is during the first fortnight of June and the first fortnight of September.
