The restaurant works with the great French culinary classics along with a few local touches to offer a variety of dishes that draw on the best of culinary tradition. There’s a wide choice of tapas on the menu, so you can taste the different flavors, such as ratatouille verrine, cod acras, fried fish or snails with garlic butter, which can be enjoyed as a snack or as a starter. If you’re looking for something meatier, the restaurant also has traditional fondue bourguignonne, flank steak with shallot sauce, and beef cheek stew. If you prefer seafood, you’ll love the cod aioli, the salmon filet, and the tuna mi-cuit. Nice SXM also serves a lovely selection of salads as well as a pasta menu, including the unmissable lasagna.

Dessert is just as hearty, with great classics that are always a treat, such as chocolate mousse, flambéed bananas, strawberry melba, or chocolate Liège.

It’s open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner, and Tuesday evenings in peak season.
