Little Bay
The beach of Little Bay, in the southwest, is separated from Great Bay by the peninsula on which stands Fort Amsterdam. Below this peninsula is a well-protected area with crystal-clear water and white sand that makes for an ideal swimming spot for families. Charming Little Bay is among the most beautiful beaches on the island of St. Martin. Little Bay is bordered by a variety of hotels, which is why the beach is mainly used by their guests. They love the peace as well as the typically Caribbean landscape. The beach is nevertheless open to all and visitors who want to make use of the facilities, restaurants, sun loungers, and water activities can do so. Little Bay also has an excellent snorkeling area where you can explore the area's underwater life as you swim along the rocks. You might even see a pelican soaring in the air, looking for dinner as you’re relaxing on the beach.
