best dessert at the St. Martin Culinary Festival. That’s why we highly recommend coming to taste the creations of Italian-born Andrea Tarantino, who impressed the jury with his plantain tiramisu. You can find this delicious creation at the ice cream parlor, along with his other specialties, including chocolate mousse, ‘rocher coco’, coffee tiramisu and lemon tiramisu.
La Dolce Vita is not a place where you’ll be able to resist temptation. The sorbets and ice creams
come from Willy Ice Cream, a reference for local ice cream connoisseurs. With this brand, you can be sure to expect balanced flavors, with just the right amount of sugar. There are so many flavors to choose from, and every week, you'll find new creations on offer. Soursop, passion fruit, mango, salted caramel and white chocolate with coconut are the signature best sellers.
