Le Bistronome

An authentic Creole hut nestled on Grand Case Boulevard, with an absolutely charming atmosphere: welcome to Le Bistronome, a traditional French restaurant offering gourmets a touch of romance and a chic bistro feel. As a virtuoso chef, Alexandre knows how to surprise as well as comfort those taste buds that are curious about trying new flavors. Because, at Le Bistronome, French gastronomy is combined with more exotic tastes in a very elaborate menu, bringing much personality to this warm restaurant.

The tone is set with appetizers such as minestrone soup with a twist that includes Creole vegetable tubers and pesto, crab cakes with citrus sauce, and a medallion of foie gras au naturel prepared in-house. The chef aims high! The beautiful menu of fish carpaccio served plain, Asian- or Tahitian-style, the veal stew with sweet turmeric or the “blaff” court-bouillon with Caribbean vegetables, remain the culinary jewels of this must-visit venue and we hope you will try them as soon as you can. You can dine at Le Bistronome from Monday to Saturday, from 6pm.
