This secret is all about patience and accuracy. It is a slow and deep cooking process,
making sure to never burn the ingredients. Eddy has mastered this art over his years spent at the barbecue, producing grilled delights for friends, family and customers. As for the flavors, he takes inspiration from Creole cuisine, with plenty of taste and spices. He works with lobster, chicken, ribs, fish and pork tail.
